Write a journal entry from e-mail client

This plugin allows you to create journal entries conveniently with your e-mail.
To create an entry in your email client, you can send a message to your Journey.Cloud unique e-mail token address. Your Journey.Cloud unique email address can be found with the following steps:
- Go to the Settings
- Click on "Cloud Services"
- Click on your Cloud account
- Click on "E-mail" Services
- Find your E-mail token (e.g. xyz@user.journey.cloud)
